TASTING NOTES: Black-coffee coloured with iodine tinged edges. On the nose there are hints of smoky aromas, roasted sunflower seed and black olive lying on a "liquorice" base. Entering gently, it moves around in a balanced manner, it is tasty, sufficiently toasted, despite its full body and its bitterness, it is very pleasant to drink. Deep influences that bring out a burnt brown sugar flavour.

The aftertaste is very fragrant and persistent.
